What can I connect to Dashboardly?
You can directly connect TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads, so all your sales and ad data lives in one place.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - you get 14 days free. A card is required at signup, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
How does pricing work?
Each plan includes a set number of Flex Orders per month. If you go over, you pay a small per-order fee (as low as $0.004). Every plan also has a Monthly Maximum - a hard cap on what you'll ever pay, so costs stay 100% predictable. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
What are Flex Orders?
Flex Orders are the included orders in your plan each month. For example, the Starter plan includes 2,000 Flex Orders. If you process more orders, you pay a small per-order overage fee. Your plan's Monthly Maximum ensures you never pay more than a set amount, no matter how many orders you process.
What is the Monthly Maximum?
The Monthly Maximum is a hard cap on your monthly bill. Even if your overage fees would exceed this amount, you'll never pay more than your plan's cap. For example, the Starter plan has a $44 Monthly Maximum, so your total bill never exceeds $73 ($29 base + $44 max overage), no matter how many orders you process.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Switch to an annual plan to save 20%. You can also cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. Your 14-day free trial lets you explore all features risk-free before committing.
